CNC Trainer

Join Our Team as a CNC Machine Shop Trainer Are you passionate about CNC technology and love mentoring the next generation of machinists? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CNC Trainer to lead hands-on training for freshers on our advanced CNC machines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the shop floor, sharing knowledge, and shaping future talent. What You’ll Do:Deliver practical, hands-on training to freshers in CNC machine operations and safety procedures
- Teach programming fundamentals, tool setting, and precision measurement techniques
- Train on both Fanuc and Siemens controllers, ensuring comprehensive learning
- Guide trainees in operating machines like Jyoti, Global (X/Z Axis), Tsunami, and Laxmi CNCs
- Track trainee progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Help create training manuals, SOPs, and evaluation checklists
- Ensure trainees are ready for shop floor integration and assist with on-job readiness
- Maintain detailed training records and report progress regularly to management Machines on Our Shop Floor:

- Global Bar FeederJyoti CNC Machine
- Global X AxisGlobal Z AxisTsunami CNC
- Laxmi CNC

Controllers in Use:

- Fanuc
- Siemens
- Mitsubishi

What We’re Looking for:

- BE or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Tool & Die Engineering
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC operations and programming
- Strong command over Fanuc and Siemens controllers
- Experience with machine brands like Jyoti, Global, Tsunami, and Laxmi
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to teach and guide
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
