**Apprenticeship Opportunity: ITI Welder Trainee - Precast Production**
**Location**: Ecotech, Greater Noida
**Qualification**: ITI - Welder Trade
**Apprenticeship Duration**: 6 Months

**About the Role**

**Key Learning Areas**

Selected trainees will receive comprehensive, on-the-job training in:

- **Welding Techniques**: Exposure to different types of welding processes such as MIG, ARC, and Gas Cutting used in the fabrication of precast moulds and structures.
- **Fabrication & Assembly**: Understanding fabrication drawings and assembling reinforcement cages, moulds, and support frames.
- **Welding Safety Practices**: Learning and adhering to safety protocols and best practices in an industrial welding environment.
- **Equipment Handling**: Familiarity with welding machines, grinders, gas cutting sets, and related tools.
- **Team Coordination**: Working collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate output.

**Skills & Requirements**
- ITI in Welder Trade (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of welding tools, techniques, and safety standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a high-paced factory environment
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail

This apprenticeship aims to provide practical exposure and skill-building opportunities, helping you kickstart your career in industrial welding and precast construction manufacturing.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
