With our last Series C round, we have now raised $140 million in equity capital since inception. **About the role: Product Advisor** As a product advisor, you will utilize your expertise in compliance domains to offer valuable support and guidance to product managers and engineering teams. You will be tasked with helping PMs and Leadership to develop the product roadmaps for Global Compliance and help build and launch world-class SaaS features. **Key Responsibilities**: - Work with Product Managers to define new capabilities for the compliance products, considering global regulatory landscapes and industry standards. - Provide guidance to product managers on prioritizing feature-level workflows, focusing on features and functionalities based on market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback - You will play a critical role in ensuring the overall quality of the product from functionality. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the product's features to meet high standards of excellence and compliance. - Offer solution guidance to pre-sales, customer success managers (CSMs), and product managers. - Provide support to product managers in maintaining essential documents that require deep domain expertise, such as product functional specifications, release notes, feature UAT gate. - Help product managers create domain and product training for CSMs, Pre-sales and new joiners - You would be required to understand the significant impact of functionality on customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help prevent issues, ensuring the product meets customer expectations and maintains their trust. - Be the approval gate for product launches and feature specs to ensure they meet regulatory and customer requirements of CCC capabilities. - Provide support in creating marketing materials, website content, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition of the compliance product to potential customers. - Work with engineering teams to help them understand functional components and provide complex tax logics based on domain-specific data sets. **Qualifications and Skills**: - Proven business acumen and creative problem solving - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 5+ years of significant experience in Direct & Indirect Tax - Big 4 or Consultative Sales experience is preferable - Fundamental knowledge of accounting basics, Indirect Taxation, E-Invoicing including familiarity with General Ledgers (GLs), booking processes etc. - Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. - Deep understanding of global compliance regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
