**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and menu questions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
- Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Set up and restock service stations, ensuring availability of supplies.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health regulations.
- Handle guest complaints or requests efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support events, banquets, or functions as needed.
- Follow venue protocols and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying food trays or supplies (up to 25 lbs or 11 kg).
- Manual dexterity to handle equipment and perform tasks quickly and efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not always required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
