Graphic Designer job description:
**Skills**:1. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,

etc.

2. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

techniques.

3. Creativity and innovation in conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs.

4. Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.

5. Experience with digital and print design projects, including logos, branding,

advertisements, brochures, etc.

6. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and

stakeholders.

7. Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality in design work.

8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high

standards of work.

9. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.

10. Adaptability to evolving design trends and technologies.

Other Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for graphic design and visual

communication.

3. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment and take

feedback constructively.

4. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize

tasks effectively.

5. Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.

6. Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques.

7. Understanding of copyright laws and intellectual property rights in design.

8. Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software is an advantage.

9. Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and techniques.

10. Ability to work creatively within project constraints, such as budget and timeline.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements and

objectives.

2. Conceptualize and create visual assets for various digital and print projects, including

logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, etc.

3. Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients for feedback

and approval.

4. Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to brand

guidelines and project specifications.

5. Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs to achieve client satisfaction.

6. Prepare files for print production or digital publishing, ensuring accuracy and quality.

7. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve skills

and deliver innovative designs.

8. Collaborate with other team members, such as copywriters, marketers, and developers,

to ensure cohesive design solutions.

9. Manage project timelines and deadlines, communicating progress and potential issues

to project stakeholders.

10. Maintain organized files and documentation for design projects, including version

control and asset management.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
