Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines for social media marketing campaigns.
2. Conceptualize and storyboard video ideas that effectively communicate key messages, brand identity, and promotional offers to the target audience.
3. Design visually stunning graphics, animations, and motion effects to enhance video content and ensure alignment with client's branding requirements.
4. Utilize industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) to edit raw footage, integrate visual elements, add music/sound effects, and create polished marketing videos.
5. Adapt video content for different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) by optimizing aspect ratios, duration, and content format to maximize engagement and reach.
6. Stay abreast of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative features and creative techniques into video production processes.
7. Collaborate closely with content creators, copywriters, and social media managers to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless integration of video assets into overall marketing campaigns.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines, deadlines, and client deliverables.
9. Conduct regular reviews and revisions of video content based on client feedback, performance metrics, and campaign objectives to optimize content effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.
10. Maintain organized files, documentation, and asset libraries for video projects, ensuring efficient workflow management and ease of access for future reference and reuse.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
2. Proven experience (X years) in graphic design with a focus on creating marketing videos for social media platforms.
3. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video projects, including animations, motion graphics, and promotional content.
5. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
6. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate client briefs into visually compelling video concepts.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
9. Knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and best practices for optimizing video content performance on each platform.
