The primary role of the Warehouse Assistant includes the receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders and managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for all activities relating to the delivery/pick up of equipment including pulling, loading truck/van, delivering the equipment, collecting co payments, educating patients on equipment usage, obtaining signatures, giving patients a receipt, confirming delivery of the order in the electronic equipment carried by the Technician and any other duty as assigned by supervisor related to the delivery of equipment. The technician is also responsible for maintaining delivery vehicles according to regulatory guidelines. The Warehouse Assistant's responsibilities include cleaning equipment, completing equipment maintenance, and maintaining equipment files.
- Maintains clean delivery vehicle inside and out at all times
- Maintains required supplies in the delivery vehicle at all times
- Ensures accurate and timely delivery of all home medical equipment
- Pulls own supplies (DME, oxygen, liquids)
- Contacts patients receiving deliveries before leaving office to verify address and phone number
- Transports equipment and supplies safely and cleanly to patients’ homes. Sets up equipment and verifies proper function in the patient’s home upon the delivery
- Obtains patient/caregiver signature verifying receipt of HEM at delivery
- Maintains accurate and current information on the daily route sheet
- Submits all delivery paperwork at the end of the shift
- Notifies Warehouse Manager of any problems encountered during delivery
- Picks up equipment at the termination of therapy

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
