**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare students rigorously for **Class XI & XII CBSE Board Exams**, with a focus on concept clarity, problem-solving, and time management.
- Design and evaluate assignments, unit tests, and term-end examinations as per CBSE norms.
- Provide individualized support and academic mentoring to slow learners and high achievers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of student progress and report regularly to parents and school authorities.
- Participate in curriculum development, lesson planning, and academic improvement initiatives.
- Conduct extra classes, remedial sessions, and revision programs before Board exams.
- Assist in organizing academic workshops, commerce fests, and career orientation sessions for commerce students.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members and participate in school-level meetings, events, and training programs.
- Ensure a positive learning environment in the classroom and uphold the school's academic standards and values.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong command over **Accountancy**, **Business Studies**, and relevant commerce topics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with **CBSE guidelines**, examination patterns, and evaluation processes.
- Ability to integrate technology and digital tools into teaching (smart boards, presentations, etc.).
- Patient, passionate, and student-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
