**We’re hiring**

**Coach/Teacher/Psychologist**

**Teaching background in STEM, Public Speaking Programs, ESL will be preferred.**
- Prepare Lesson Plans. Deliver lessons as per the designated curriculum.
- Organize all materials required prior to the session.
- Follow experimental teaching methods.
- Planning of logistics based on lesson's requirement i.e., hold a discussion with the Co
- facilitator to ensure availability of required material prior to the session.
- During the session, make impromptu changes as and when demanded by the group size, dynamics, lesson priority and effective time management.
- Observe the Learners in case of any novel behavior, input or improvement.
- Conduct Assessments.
- Follow up with the Parents, in case of any further doubts or concerns.
- Based on the approved design of the curriculum, conducting research and planning curriculum.
- Creating content for Newsletters

**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturday’s Off)
**Salary**: 25,000 to 35,000
