**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files.**—**
- Must be a dependable business professional, able to effectively communicate.**—**
- Should be flexible to stretch beyond regular office hours to meet with deadlines and deliverables.**—**
- Should be able to adapt to changing business requirements & deliver as per company’s expectations.**—**
- Handle confidential and sensitive data/information.**—**
- Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.**—**
- Understand and adhere to all Company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and confidentiality of all information.**—**
- Keen to work on special projects, as needed.**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**ACCOUNTING SKILLS**:

- Must be proficient with QuickBooks and/or any other accounting software.**—**
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.**—**
- Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables.**—**
- Banking and Reconciliations.**—**
- Data Analytical ability.**—**
- Financial Reporting & Analysis.**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals, ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**:

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole Numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and Percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.**REASONING ABILITY**:

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in Situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of Instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:
