**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Nectar Rendering Studio's services and discussing their specific needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by actively researching and identifying new leads.
- Present and promote our range of 3D animation and visual effects services, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding project timelines, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Effectively communicate with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns while maintaining a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track leads, update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and generate reports on call activities and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to ensure effective communication of our unique value proposition.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
- A strong interest in the entertainment industry, particularly 3D animation and visual effects.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and telecommunication systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
