**Job Description: Head of Department (HOD) - English (Primary School)**

**Position Overview**: The Head of Department (HOD) for English in a primary school is responsible for leading the English department, overseeing curriculum development, and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. The HOD will support and guide English teachers, monitor student progress, and collaborate with the school leadership to improve educational outcomes in English.

**Key Responsibilities**:
