Urgently Requirement for pharmacists
- **Dispensing medications**:Filling prescriptions accurately and according to the prescriber's instructions.
- **Patient counseling**:Educating patients about their medications, including dosage, administration, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- **Drug information**:Providing expert advice to both patients and other healthcare professionals on medication use, interactions, and potential adverse effects.
- **Prescription review**:Checking prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness for the patient's condition, and potential drug interactions.
- **Inventory management**:Maintaining adequate stock of medications and ensuring proper storage and handling.
- **Collaboration**:Working with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication therapy.
- **Record keeping**:Maintaining accurate patient records and pharmacy records.
Experience need at least 1 year
