**Job Title: Salesman for Uniform and Stationery Shop**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our uniform shop team. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring inventory levels are sufficient, and managing customer complaints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in finding the right uniform for their needs.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including ringing up sales, processing payments, and handling returns and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
- Maintain the store's appearance by keeping shelves, racks, and displays clean and organized.
- Attend training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with management to develop new sales strategies and promotions.
- Participate in periodic physical inventory counts.

**Qualifications**:

- 8th Pass.
- 0-1 years of retail sales experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel
