**Job Overview**:
**The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**: Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure on-time delivery of products/services. Address any order-related issues and provide resolution as needed.

**Customer Communication**: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. Communicate order status, shipment details, and any relevant updates to customers. Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary.

**Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales materials are up-to-date. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.

**Coordination with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and customer feedback. Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, conferences, and meetings.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.

**Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements. Help in the preparation of sales presentations and reports.

**Qualifications**:
**1. **Any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,

2. Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.

3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

5. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

8. Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
