We are looking for a **Customer Service Executive** who will be the first point of contact for customer interactions across WhatsApp, phone calls, and website orders. This role includes receiving orders, managing subscriptions, maintaining accurate customer and order data, and coordinating daily deliveries with area-specific cart drivers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Handling & Customer Support**:

- Receive and confirm customer orders via WhatsApp, phone, and website.
- Provide professional, friendly assistance for customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Manage recurring and one-time orders and ensure correct entry into internal systems.
- **Subscription & Data Management**:

- Update and maintain customer records, subscriptions, order history, and contact details.
- Track subscription pauses, modifications, and renewals.
- Generate basic reports related to customer behavior and order patterns.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Assign daily orders to respective cart drivers based on area/route.
- Share clear and accurate order details with each driver before dispatch.
- Maintain a real-time checklist of deliveries completed, missed, or delayed.
- **Team Liaison**:

- Coordinate with the delivery and operations team to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Escalate any on-ground issues or customer concerns to the relevant internal team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and phone-based customer handling.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work early morning hours and coordinate effectively under time pressure.
- Previous customer service or logistics experience is a bonus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
