We are looking for a **Fresher & Experience Welder** to join our team and grow their skills in **Arc Welding** and **MIG Welding**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in welding tasks using **Arc Welding** and **MIG Welding** under the guidance of senior welders.
- Perform basic welding tasks like tack welding, edge preparation, and material cleaning.
- Follow safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Learn and adhere to welding techniques and standards.
- Help prepare materials (cutting, grinding, cleaning) for welding.
- Perform **Arc Welding ** and **MIG Welding** on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to specifications.
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, technical drawings, and symbols to complete welding projects.
- Inspect and test welds for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Set up and maintain welding equipment, including adjusting settings for specific welding tasks.
- Ensure all welding tasks are completed according to safety standards and company policies.
- Troubleshoot welding issues and resolve problems related to welding defects.

**Education**:

- ITI in Welding

**12-hour shift**
