**Job Description: ITI Fresher (All Mechanical Trades)**

**Salary**: 13000+ attendance bonus + overtime ( 17k-19k)

**Duty time**: 8 hour + 2-4 hour over time compulsory as per work load

**Qualification**: Iti from any NCVT or SCVT Trade

**About the Role**:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled ITI Freshers across all Mechanical Trades to join our dynamic team. As an ITI Fresher, you will gain valuable on-the-job experience in your chosen trade while contributing to the successful completion of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers and develop practical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

**Key Responsibilities (May Vary by Trade)**:
**Specific to Trade**
- **Fitter**: Assembly, installation, and repair of mechanical components.
- **Turner**: Operate lathe machines to create precision parts.
- **Welder**: Perform various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, ARC).
- **Machinist**: Operate machine tools to create metal parts.
- **Electrician**: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
- **Motor Mechanic**: Diagnose and repair automotive engines

**Required Qualifications**:

- Successful completion ITI in any Mechanical Trade.
- Strong interest in your chosen field.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in a relevant field (internship, apprenticeship, etc.).
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
