**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Dispatch at Gravity Bath Fittings. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations related to dispatching bath fittings and accessories. This includes organizing and scheduling deliveries, coordinating with drivers and logistics teams, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products, and maintaining proper documentation and records. The Dispatcher will work closely with the sales team, warehouse team, and logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Ø Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.

Ø Inventories stock.

Ø Arranges transportation.

Ø Organizes item order by editing for price, promotions, and weight compliance.

Ø Ships items by examining items, destination, route, rate, and delivery time; ordering carriers.

Ø Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, and noting discrepancies.

Ø Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.

Ø Protects the organization’s reputation by keeping pricing, promotion, purchase order, and credit-limit information confidential.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
