We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure Projects, chemical zones, refineries, and others.

**Role Purpose**
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MIS Executive with a proven track record of 3-5 years in data analysis, dashboard preparation, and system management.
- As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to generate insightful reports and dashboards. Moreover, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining systems critical to the operations of the company, ensuring their smooth functioning, and providing troubleshooting support as necessary.

**Responsibility**

**Data Management and Analysis**:

- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful insights.
- Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions and formulas to manipulate and interpret data accurately.

**Dashboard and Report Preparation**:

- Design and create visually appealing dashboards and reports to present key performance indicators and trends.
- Customize reports to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders within the organization.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and formats, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate daily and weekly reports to provide timely and accurate information to management.

**System Development and Maintenance**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and develop solutions to streamline processes.
- Build, implement, and maintain systems to support various business functions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and MIS systems.
- Propose and implement enhancements to existing systems and processes.

**Skills Required**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced knowledge of formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as **Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.**:

- Familiarity with database management systems and **query languages**.
- Strong understanding of MIS systems and their components.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system reliability.

**Experience Required**
- **Minimum 3 Years**

**Qualification Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, **Data analysis**, or related roles.
- Certification in Excel/Google Sheets or relevant data analysis tools is a plus.

**Mandatory Requirement**
- Must be a local from Andheri or nearby areas

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
