**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**University Partnerships and Collaboration**:

- Establish and manage academic collaborations with leading universities and institutions worldwide.
- Facilitate agreements for joint research projects, co-authoring publications, and academic exchanges.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with international universities to promote collaborative learning, research, and innovation.
- Coordinate visits and meetings with university representatives to explore new opportunities for collaboration.

**Joint Research Initiatives**:

- Identify and pursue opportunities for joint research papers and publications with international academic partners.
- Facilitate the development of collaborative research proposals, ensuring alignment with university priorities and global trends.

**Student Exchange Programs**:

- Oversee the planning, promotion, and administration of international student exchange programs.
- Act as a liaison between partner universities and university departments to facilitate the smooth exchange of students.

**Faculty Exchange Programs**:

- Develop and manage faculty exchange programs to promote academic collaboration, teaching innovation, and global perspectives in education.
- Work with university departments to identify opportunities for faculty exchanges, ensuring alignment with academic goals and research interests.

**Cross-Cultural Engagement**:

- Foster a culturally inclusive environment for students and faculty involved in international programs.
- Provide guidance on intercultural communication and the development of global competencies for students and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Higher Education, Global Studies, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing academic partnerships, research collaborations, and exchange programs.
- Familiarity with international research publication processes and academic mobility initiatives.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
