**Role: Social Media Strategist**

As a Creative social media strategist you own the day-to-day activities of the client and realize the vision for a

program. You have the ability to lead client programs and multidisciplinary teams, lead conception and creation of artifacts, and are capable and comfortable speaking to adjacent disciplines. You are responsible for extending client engagements through new and organic business development, developing relationships and co-creating client roadmaps.

You will consult with our clients on how to increase their brand’s value through various branding strategies including brand positioning, brand architecture, brand valuation/analytics, internal brand engagement, and digital brand strategy. You will lead client engagements, form and grow trust-based client relationships, create high-impact content, manage client profitability and enhance our distinctive knowledge. Finally, you will attract,develop, coach, and mentor talent.

You must be extremely well versed in brand strategy as a core competency and also able to talk to corporate strategy, analytics, and growth as auxiliary skill sets.

**THE ROLE**:
1. Play a leadership role within the Strategy team to expand our practice and product offerings

2. Pitch and win new business in partnership with the business development team

3. Own 2-3 major client relationships and act as the client lead and primary driver of growth in the relationship

4. Take a lead role in the development of assigned clients’ brand strategies, identifying opportunities for clients to grow brand value

5. Develop trust-based relationships with day-to-day client contacts

6. Captain your teams and ensure that work is produced efficiently and effectively

7. Manage, produce, integrate and deliver the highest quality end-product

8. Play a leadership role within Strategy to expand our practice and product offerings

9. Manage and deliver targeted WIP

10. Develop and monitor metrics of “success”

**WHAT YOU BRING**:
1. Minimum 3 years of work experience in advertising as a strategist

2. Strong and proven experience in brand strategy/brand architecture

3. Demonstrated experience leading a group of strategy professionals

4. A proven track record of organic revenue and relationship growth

5. Ability to handle multiple large and complex projects

6. A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail

7. A team player with the ability to work across all levels of organization and client

8. Strong client relationship nurturing skills - can connect with clients and inspire their confidence and ongoing commitment

9. Ability to build relationships and organize communities that bring ideas to life

10. Passionate about having a measurable impact on client’s business

11. Strong organization, presentation skills, and attention to detail

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
