Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate** with product managers, software engineers, and others to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Create **posters, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes **that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Develop and **refine visual design elements**, including icons, graphics, layouts, and color schemes, in line with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Produce **high-quality, pixel-perfect designs for user interfaces**, considering usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.
- Conduct thorough research on **user preferences, design trends,** and industry standards to inform design decisions and ensure our products remain visually appealing and up to date.
- **Collaborate with developers to implement designs,** providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
- Conduct design reviews and actively participate in feedback sessions to iterate and improve designs based on stakeholder input.
- Maintain a comprehensive **design library, ensuring assets are organized, **properly labeled, and easily accessible to the team.
- Stay **updated on design tools, techniques, and emerging technologies** to continually enhance design processes and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a software development or technology-focused environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including user interfaces, icons, illustrations, and branding.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent eye for aesthetics, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in user interface design.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and adapting to evolving project requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
- Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends, design advancements, and emerging technologies.
