Tele Marketing Officer

TMO making outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services, generating leads, and building rapport over the phone. Key duties include conducting market research, understanding customer needs, managing customer data in CRM systems, handling inquiries, setting appointments for sales teams, and achieving sales targets.
- **Build customer relationships**:Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent phone manners and handling their concerns.
- **Manage customer data**:Maintain accurate records of customer information, interactions, and feedback within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- **Handle inquiries and complaints**:Answer questions from potential and existing customers, and refer complaints or complex issues to supervisory staff for resolution.
- **Follow up on leads**:Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest to guide them toward conversion.
- **Track performance**: Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, or quarterly sales and call targets.
- **Maintain equipment**: Ensure the proper functioning of telemarketing equipment, including telephones, computers, and software.
- **Provide market feedback**: Communicate common concerns, issues, and customer feedback to management.
