**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation and management of Big Panda to ensure effective monitoring and incident management.
- Oversee the deployment processes using UrbanCode Deploy to ensure smooth and efficient software releases.
- Provide expertise in Github (DevOps) to manage and streamline version control and collaboration.
- Utilize Concourse for continuous integration and delivery ensuring high-quality code and timely releases.
- Implement and manage Splunk for log management and analysis providing insights and improving system performance.
- Use NSB POS-Harness tool to test and validate point-of-sale systems ensuring reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps practices and improve overall workflow.
- Manage Azure DevOps (VSTS) to facilitate project management version control and continuous integration.
- Ensure the infrastructure is scalable secure and optimized for performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the infrastructure remains current and competitive.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing the infrastructure leading to improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with Big Panda UrbanCode Deploy Github (DevOps) GITHUB Concourse Splunk NSB POS-Harness tool DevOps and Azure DevOps (VSTS).
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Show a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies and best practices.
- Have a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Display the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

**Certifications Required**

Certified DevOps Engineer Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Splunk Certified Admin.
