**Position**: Visa Counselor

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Documentation Review**: Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate, providing feedback for improvements where necessary.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with current immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely advice.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Conduct informational workshops and seminars for clients to educate them on visa processes, requirements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [1-3] years of experience in visa counseling, immigration services, or a related field.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures, as well as international travel regulations.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in immigration or visa counseling preferred.
