Skills and Requirements:
8+ years of experience in implementing MDM solutions
At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of the Stibo STEP solution for Product MDM or PIM
Additional MDM/PIM implementation experience a plus
Must have hands on Stibo STEP experience
Must have customer facing experience, management skills, and a strong technical background
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team facilitation skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for design, and technical delivery of high quality Stibo solution.
Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practices
Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops
Work closely with business analysts to develop to-be business process based on industry standard and best practices
Define data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls and rules
Prepare detailed design documents including approach for data migration
Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules
Configure, build and unit test STEP components, including data structures, roles, workflows and portals
