We are looking for a Female principal with outstanding leadership skills and a passion for education.

The Principal of the school shall be responsible for overall progress of students from Pre-Primary to Jr. College (Std 8)

The job of the principal includes (not limited to) the following responsibilities:

- To lead the school activities in line with the vision and mission of the institution, thus ensuring high levels of student & parent satisfaction and enable the school high quality education on sustainable basis.
- Ensuring observance of the provision of rules, regulations, the Secondary Schools code and other orders issued by Government or Deputy Director from time to time in respect of academic matters. Ensure compliance with Maharashtra State Board rules and regulations.
- Assisting in planning and conduct of academic programmes such orientation courses, seminars, in-service and other training programmed organized by agencies such as National Council of Educational Research and Training, the State Institute of Education and other State Level institutions;
- Maintaining discipline in the school
- Organization and supervision of the circular and co-curricular activities and maintenance of school record;
- Assessing work of assistant teachers and other staff and maintenance of service books of the employees of the school
- Any other work relating to organization and improvement of the school
- Maintain communications with parents or guardians regarding the total school program, student achievement and student behaviour.Subject to the superintendence and control of the Management,
- Admissions of students.
- Supervision of fee follow up and maintenance of student records.
- Correspondence relating to the administration of the school;
- Observance of the provisions of rules, regulations, the Secondary Schools Code and other orders issued by Government or the Deputy Director from time to time and instructions issued by the Management from time to time, in respect of the administration of the school, any other work relating to the administration of the school as may be assigned to him/her by the Department, Deputy Director or the Management from time to time.
- Ensure the management of school is always updated with all the school academic & non-academic activities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
