Roles & Responsibilities:

- Engaging with manufacturers of PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS (Finished Dosage Formulations) for Sourcing / Purchasing of our OWN BRANDED Drugs.
- One Point Contact for Complete P2P Cycle - from Procurement to Payment.
- Discover profitable suppliers/manufacturers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
- Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with key persons in the company, to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations.
- Willingness to Travel within India, to meet the vendors, on a case to case basis.
- Attend conferences to identify, screen, and visit potential new suppliers to generate new product ideas
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities or trade shows in India
- Engaging with other vendors for Packaging, Logistics, Designing, etc.
- Co-ordinate with Logistics companies, to ensure timely and cost effective transportation of our products.
- MIS Reporting, Maintaining Daily Trackers, Submitting Reports when required, and updating Vendor Database

Key Competencies:
*MUST HAVE Competencies*
- Minimum 3 years of prior working experience in Procurement/Purchasing, preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify/evaluate manufacturing processes and technologies to ensure “best cost” solutions for purchased drugs and new product cost parameters
- High sense of urgency, highly driven to win and break through barriers rather than using them as excuses
- High energy level and strong self-motivation required
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Must be able to co-ordinate with other functional people and plant people for getting necessary details
- Must believe in giving results and follow SOP in procurement process
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and well versed with Internet technologies

EDUCATION: Graduates (B Pharma/M Pharma preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
