Your previous experience in customer support, computer operations, systems administration, or related areas has equipped you with a solid foundation to independently resolve a wide range of issues creatively and effectively. What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting Linux systems and services in a 24*7 production environment.
- Independently and collaboratively working on rotational shifts to ensure system reliability.
- Evaluating, recommending, and implementing technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with other tech teams to solve problems and enhance technology continuously.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation of systems, standards, configurations, and procedures.
- Managing storage infrastructure (SAN, NAS, Object Storage) to meet business requirements.

What You’ll Need:

- In-depth understanding of the Linux operating system, including kernel, memory, processes, and threads.
- Experience in managing and deploying various Linux-based operating systems.
- Proficiency with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Experience with hypervisors (VMware/oVirt/KVM/OpenStack) provisioning and management.
- Scripting skills in shell, Perl, or Python.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Nagios and the ELK stack.

Who You Are:

- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in UNIX system administration.
- Skilled in multi-tasking and solving complex problems independently.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Strong decision-making skills with a practical approach to goal delivery.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
