As a Housekeeping Staff member, you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Your primary duties will include:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring a tidy and well-presented environment for guests.
- Respond promptly to requests for guest room cleaning and special cleaning requests.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in guest rooms or public areas.
- Follow all health, safety, and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
