**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Marketing Strategy & Planning**
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Identify target audiences and design campaigns to reach and engage them.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.

2. **Digital Marketing**
- Track and analyze performance metrics for digital campaigns, ensuring ROI.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends to implement innovative strategies.

3. **Content Creation & Management**
- Develop engaging content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and multimedia content.
- Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all channels.

4. **Campaign Management**
- Plan and execute campaigns to promote courses, webinars, and other offerings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives on time.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

5. **Customer Engagement & Communication**
- Foster relationships with students, parents, educators, and institutional partners.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage community platforms and engage with users to build trust and loyalty.

6. **Event Coordination**
- Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and events for educators and students.
- Promote events through digital and traditional channels.

7. **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting marketing data.
- Familiarity with the education and technology landscape is a plus.
