**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize production and quality.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and resolve issues with CNC machinery.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings or tooling.
- Communicate with maintenance staff for more complex repairs.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including machine settings and material usage.
- Complete necessary paperwork for quality control and production tracking.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with CNC programming and operation.
- **Skills**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
