**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the assembly line operations to ensure smooth production flow.
- Ensure that assembly work is performed in compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and production timelines.
- Inspect products and assemblies to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Identify any defects or issues in the assembly process and take corrective actions to resolve them.
- Oversee and guide assembly workers in performing their tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Provide on-the-job training and support to new or existing team members.
- Work closely with production managers to set daily, weekly, and monthly assembly targets.
- Identify opportunities for improving assembly processes, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.
- Ensure proper functioning of assembly tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines on the assembly floor.
- Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety measures.
- Conduct periodic safety audits and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering**, **Industrial Engineering**, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an **assembly or manufacturing role** (2-5 years).
- Previous experience in a **supervisory** or **leadership** position in a production environment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of **assembly processes** and manufacturing practices.
- Familiarity with **tools**, **machinery**, and **equipment** used in assembly lines.
- Ability to **supervise** and **train** a team of assembly workers.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address assembly issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
