**Responsibilities and Duties**

- Excellent command in teaching Graphic Designing Software
- Track & Monitor student individual development & performance
- Ensure quality delivery of training as per our norms and schedule
- Should be able to meet eLearning standards
- Thorough understanding on latest technologies and trends in the market
- Planning training sessions, designing evaluation methods
- Evaluation of students and based on the outcomes, plan and impart necessary training to the students.
- Generating individual Student reports from the internal assessments and practical work.
- Design posters, brochures, logos, signs, advertisements, and other communication materials.
- Meeting timelines in delivering training sessions.
- Act as a role model at all times demonstrating behaviour that displays the characteristics youth should develop to be successful in their chosen field

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Preferred CBSE Background
- Good Drawing Skills
- PHOTOSHOP- IILUSTRATOR- InDesign
- CorelDraw
- Good Problem Solving Ability & Presentation skills
- Must be a Graduate
- Minimum 1year full time experience of delivering training
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Graphic designing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong decision-making skills

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
