**Student Counseling**: Provide academic and career guidance, helping students choose the right courses and programs.
- **Information Dissemination**: Share details about courses, admissions, and eligibility through phone calls and meetings.
- **Follow-Up Calls**: Make follow-up calls to prospective students, addressing their queries and encouraging them to enroll.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and promote informational sessions and recruitment events to engage potential students.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze feedback from students and parents to improve counseling and telecalling strategies.
