**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior projects (residential/commercial).
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution.
- Monitor project progress and update daily/weekly reports using **MS Excel**.
- Prepare material requirement lists and track inventory using Excel sheets.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve site issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain site documentation including attendance, work logs, and material records.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients on site status.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- **2-3 years of relevant experience** in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- **Proficient in MS Excel** (data entry, reporting, tracking, and basic formulas).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willing to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
