**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized counseling and support to students as they identify colleges that align with their academic interests, career goals, and personal preferences.
- Coordinate college visits, information sessions, and campus tours to help students gain firsthand knowledge of prospective colleges and universities.
- Foster positive relationships with college admissions offices and representatives to advocate for our students and facilitate the admissions process.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions on college admissions topics for students, parents, and educators.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree; preferably in education, counseling, psychology, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in college admissions counseling, student advising, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of college admissions processes, standardized testing requirements, and financial aid resources.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in student counseling and admissions practices.
- Passion for education and a dedication to helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:
