**Company Profile**:
**S3M Design Consultants LLP** is a Multidisciplinary Consultancy Firm, providing Design Consultancy services to Projects in Industrial & Infrastructure sectors pan India and abroad.

We are hiring for **Front Desk Executive** at our Head office located in **Ahmedabad**.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Keep the front desk area and waiting area tidy and presentable
- Greet and welcome guests with courtesyand guide them to the concerned Person
- Attend incoming and outgoing calls and transfer Calls to various departments
- Receive letters, packages etc. and forward them to concerned Person
- Maintain all Conference rooms/ Meeting rooms in a ready condition
- Manage housekeeping to ensure overall cleanliness of the Office
- Leave Management of employees
- Assist technical staff in scanning, typing and bulk photocopying
- Arranging Taxi/Cab and other travel arrangement
- Manage Administrative tasks such as the procurement of stationery, pantry items, courier management and office key register management
- Assisting HR department and complete assigned duties

**Required Qualification**:

- Experience: 1 -3 Years
- Education: Any Graduate
- Good Communication Skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
