**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position title**:
Sales Coordinator

**Locations**:
Santacruz - Mumbai

Graduate with relevant experience

**Key responsibilities**:
**Handling Distributors Sales returns and Credit Notes Claims to make sure of timely settlements.**

Coordinating and on-boarding of new DB / Dealers - complete documentation, for vendorlisting and branch mapping.

Presenting Weekly / Monthly and YTD sales and revenue dash boards to the Management.

Preparing MIS Reports (Category wise / SKU wise and Branch wise as MTD and YTD) report as per management’s requirement.

Preparing, maintaining and updating customer / dealer master data.

Keeping a live track update of RSM / ASM daily & reporting the same to NSM on weekly basis.

Extracting the data from Field max PAN India & sending the same to concerned Managers for Review.

Regularly cross checking the Field max data for any discrepancy in data & updating the same to the concerns if any.

Regular follow ups for PJP / DB SNS Report / Planning Sheet with the concerned Managers.

Preparing & Analyzing different reports or data as required by Management / NSM / ZSM of their respective zones & categories.

Coordinating with HR / Warehouse to provide Samples / Catalogues / Sample Bag / Visiting cards / ID Cards / FM Id for newly joined SO’s.

Providing Training of Field max to Newly joined RSM / ASM.

Finalizing the attendance of Sales Personnel as per SFA

Coordinating for data or reports with Sales people as required by Management from time to time.

Cross checking Beat Plan / Google forms data & solving issues if any

Preparing Circular of Monthly Schemes / Incentives for Distributors

Preparing E to S Branch wise on monthly basis.

Updating Focus Planning Sheet PAN India.

Workout & process Incentives of Sales People & DB / Dealers.

**Experience**

Relevant experience in Sales Co-ordination

**Role Specific Competencies**:
1. Good computer Skills

2. Proficiency in English

3. Well organized & responsible in problem solving

4. A team player with high level of dedication

5. Excellent verbal & written communication skills

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
