**Responsibilities**:
Assist in day-to-day factory operations including material handling and packaging.
Support machine operators and skilled workers as needed.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow safety guidelines and assist in maintaining factory hygiene.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a factory/helper role.
Physically fit with the ability to lift and move materials.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
Team player with a positive attitude.
