**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **concept development, design, and planning** for architectural and interior projects.
- Prepare **drawings, 3D models, and presentations** using relevant design software.
- Conduct **site visits, surveys, and documentation** for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with **consultants, contractors, and vendors** to ensure smooth project execution.
- Research **materials, finishes, and construction techniques** to enhance design quality.
- Ensure compliance with **building codes, regulations, and project requirements**.
- Support in preparing **detailed working drawings, BOQs, and project reports**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture** from a recognized institution.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in **ZWCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)**.
- Strong conceptual and visual presentation skills.
