- Collaborating with managers to gather input and ensure that designs adhere to organizational standards.
- Working independently and cooperating with the marketing team when required to achieve shared objectives.
- Analyzing existing visuals, identifying areas for improvement, and devising creative solutions to enhance design capabilities.
- Engaging in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to enhance newsletters, presentations, program collateral, and marketing materials.
- Staying updated on design trends and incorporating trend intelligence into your work.

**Key Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a relevant field.
- Over 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Graphic Design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Corel Draw etc.
- Knowledge of WordPress is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional, innovative design skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
