Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of components.

2. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

3. Identify and report defects or non-conformities.

4. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

5. Develop and implement quality control procedures.

6. Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.

7. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/ITI/Production Engineering.

2. 1-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in automotive manufacturing.

3. Knowledge of press, welding, CNC machining, Traub cutting, and robotic welding processes.

4. Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

2. Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).

3. Certification in quality management (Six Sigma, Lean).

4. Familiarity with automotive industry standards (APQP, PPAP).
