Master, you will lead cross-functional teams, overseeing the meticulous planning, execution, and successful delivery of various projects. Your role will be pivotal in cultivating a

collaborative and transparent work environment, empowering teams to exceed their goals.

**Responsibilities**

**Process Management**:

- Flag issues to management promptly, providing insights for effective decision-making.
- Encourage and contribute to the generation of innovative ideas during project development.
- Collaborate closely with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through Agile ceremonies and artefacts.
- Implement industry best practices, leveraging lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Drive comprehensive documentation across the entire project management life cycle.
- Work collaboratively with product owners to create and maintain high-quality product backlogs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate scrum events, including sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with UI designers to ensure seamless integration of user interface elements.
- Participate in UI designing activities, working closely with designers to achieve a cohesive and user-friendly design.

**Report Management**:

- Employ a KPI-based project status and health assessment approach for reporting.
- Establish a reporting cadence for monitoring project progress.

**People Management**:

- Coach the team towards self-reliance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Guide team members in conducting agile events, scheduling grooming sessions, and encouraging problem-solving.
- Provide support and education to the Product Owner, particularly in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the current role as a Project Coordinator, leading 1-2 scrum teams comprising 8-9 members.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to understanding requirements and providing effective solutions.
- High proficiency in Agile project management tools.
- Scrum certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
