As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations and drive business growth. Job Summary: The COO will oversee all operational aspects of our F&B business, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This individual will work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop strategies, streamline processes, and enhance our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and profitability. Oversee daily operations, including production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics. Lead and mentor department heads to achieve organizational goals. Ensure compliance with food safety and industry regulations. Monitor financial performance and optimize cost management. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align operations with customer demands and market trends. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maintain high-quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (2+ years) in a senior operations or leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong knowledge of F&B production, supply chain, and quality standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Financial acumen and experience in budget management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
