**Job Title: Architectural AutoCAD Draftsman**

The Architectural AutoCAD Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with building codes and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare architectural drawings and detailed working plans using AutoCAD software.
- Interpret architectural and engineering sketches, notes, and mark-ups to produce technical drawings. (2d,3d layout)
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
- Coordinate with project team members and consultants to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings.
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Assist in project documentation and submittal preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of professional experience** in architectural drafting using AutoCAD.
- Diploma or degree in **Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field**.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD**; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
