**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer travel preferences and suggest suitable domestic or international tour packages.
- Create customized itineraries based on client requirements.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations and vendors to confirm availability, rates, and inclusions.
- Maintain a daily report of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide pre
- and post-sales support to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
- Upsell optional activities, travel insurance, or add-on packages.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months - 2 years experience in travel sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of popular travel destinations and itinerary building.
- Proven ability to convert leads into bookings.
- Comfortable with telecalling and using CRM or Excel sheets.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in a travel agency or DMC.
- Knowledge of destinations like Spiti, Leh, Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, etc.
