**Job Title: Creative Videographer**

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and passionate **Creative Videographer** to join our dynamic team and help elevate our visual storytelling to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Capture and create** engaging video content showcasing residential properties, events, and Launch event footage.
- **Edit video content** to create compelling, high-quality footage that aligns with our brand's vision and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and video strategies for digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all video content is produced within agreed timelines and meets quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, videography techniques, and the latest editing software/tools.
- Manage video projects from concept to final production, ensuring clear communication with team members.
- Work with other departments to create videos for client presentations, property tours, and events.
- Assist with drone footage, virtual tours, and other advanced videography techniques.
- Maintain an organized library of video assets for easy access and repurposing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **videographer** or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in real estate, or lifestyle videography.
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva etc) and motion graphics tools (After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual components, shot composition, and lighting.
- Knowledge of real estate photography and video production standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in video production.
- Ability to adapt to different project needs and collaborate effectively with a team.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
