We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Staff Nurse Freshers to join our team. **Qualifications and Skills**
- Degree or diploma in Nursing
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
- Flexibility to work in shifts and handle emergencies

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients by maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and progress
- Assist in patient education and provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Adhere to healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a high standard of care
